Canton Valley Dental is wonderful! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. They do amazing work and are so friendly and accommodating. Jill, in the office, was so helpful with questions, insurance, and paperwork. My kids (ages 5 and 4) had a wonderful experience with Sam. She’s fantastic with kids and made them laugh most of the appointment. Such a kid friendly office (my 1 year old was with me as well)! I had a wonderful experience with Monique, who was so personable and kind. Dr. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns with a smile. Also I was fitted for a night guard, which was such a quick and simple process. Can’t say enough good about this dental office.

Today was my first visit and I had a great experience! Chris, the Dental Assistant, was kind, thorough, and made the full mouth x-rays as quick and painless as possible. Dr. Fredrickson was warm and friendly, and she did a great job replacing my broken filling--making the Novocaine administration practically painless and paying careful attention to getting my bite right at the end. I also saw Maria for my cleaning, and she was down to earth, gentle, and thorough--I really enjoyed talking with her throughout my appointment. The ladies at the front office were super nice as well. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning, and I would definitely recommend Canton Valley Dental!

Today was my first time going to this office. I recently relocated and am too far away from the office I went to for 30 years. I have nothing but positive things to say. In the first place they take my insurance delta dental. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office and the politeness of the staff. The gentleman that took the x rays, Chris, was very polite and explained every aspect of what he was doing. Dr Stacey Keefe had a wonderful approach in her handling of me, and finally Danielle, the hygienist was very thorough. She also understood my fear of going to the dentist and worked to ensure that all went well. I am thankful to have a great dentist office to go to.

Dr. Matt is an excellent and highly knowledgeable provider with a down to earth, professional approach. He is genuinely caring and concerned about his patients. The staff at Canton Valley Dental is outstanding. They've made the often 'dreaded' dental experience pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Keefe and the crew at CVD!

I read reviews and this place came highly recommended. I booked an appointment, but they didn't have any for almost three months. I'm guessing it's a good thing they are busy! I had a 5pm appointment; checking in was easy. I filled out some documents electronically prior to the appointment; a few more had to be filled out in person. I waited about 20 minutes to see someone. They told me that the initial appointment will be a bit longer due to me being a new patient. The dental assistant was nice, she took pictures of my teeth. Then I was introduced to the friendly Dr. Frederickson; we had a discussion about my teeth health and what to expect. The Dental Hygienist, Monique was very personable; took my X-rays and initiated my teeth cleaning. I booked another appointment a month out to get a filling on a cavity.

The second appointment, was great. The whole appointment took about 20 minutes. I had a small cavity filled. The Dentist was very professional and had amazing bed side manner; she walked through every step that was happening. The whole process was easy and painless. Overall, A+ experience and highly recommend.

Dr. Matt and the entire staff at CVD were so welcoming and kind. They took their time and answered all my questions. It was clean & comfortable in the waiting room and in the chair. My kids jumped in the chair, put the star glasses on and felt ready. They also were running on time and super efficient! For visiting the dentist, it was a great experience.

I called the clinic asking them if they did root canals and crown and they said they did. I went to this clinic with the expectation that I would receive a root canal and a crown, after confirming over the phone that both procedures would be done. I was told that the evaluation would cost $200, which I agreed to because I expected to receive the treatment I had requested.

However, upon arriving at the appointment, I was informed that they didn't perform the type of root canal I needed, which was something they hadn't mentioned during the phone call or on their website. This was a major misunderstanding, as I had gone in expecting the agreed-upon treatment, which did not happen.

While I understand that the evaluation has a cost, I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication. The clinic should be more specific about the treatments they offer, especially if there are limitations that aren't immediately obvious.

My recommendation is for them to provide more details about their services and be more transparent during initial consultations to avoid confusion in the future.

My semi annual visit for teeth cleaning. As usual Amy did a fantastic job. She is very thorough and excels at her job. I would recommend Amy as well as Canton Valley Dental to anyone who wants fantastic service.
