Where do I begin with this damn building the management here is highly unfair. Let’s start with the on site employee they have who does nothing but terrorize, gaslight and intimidate the tenants here. They go around acting like the warden of the complex. Even going as far as to enter apartments without consent. Management makes up rules as they go and when they are wrong which is usually the case they do not accept responsibility.That’s just an extension of the main management team who have allowed their employees to do this because they are the exact same way. When you call the management office directly they don’t care to listen to you especially when you choose to press #1 in the automated system. And that’s if they even pick up. Nor do they care to reprimand there employees. They are all the same. If you are a tenant reading this call the authorities, call 211, get a lawyer, don’t be intimidated, use your voice. Anyone looking to move in. Don’t….

Terrible place to live, Management is bad they do not care about what the residents have to say and do not respond in a timely order. There’s people smoking different types of cannabis in the parking lot, everything is dirty and not cleaned. Kids run around throwing trash at the entrance and hopping fences. Worst of all the noise if you live on the first floor no matter how much noise someone makes, management does not care and will do nothing about it so glad I left Lakeview!

This is a horrible building to live in glad I left. Hopefully someone else will manage it one day. It’s such a shame that it’s in such a beautiful town.
