I've seen their product (EZ Nabber) work at a shelter and went out and ordered one. However, it's been three months and apparently, they have manufacturing issues. They don't bother to tell the customer; they have added notes on their site that you have to track down. So aside from taking your money for an item they don't have, they don't reach out and let you know what the heck is happening. I ordered in December and was told on my first email to them that it would ship in February. Now I am following up and I see on their site it won't ship till April! Again, no communication with the people who have paid for this item. I know their products look good, but if you fail to follow up with your customers, what does that say about you as a business? By the way, they charge $200+ dollars (for item and shipping) for the EZ Nabber, so it's not like you are arguing with them about a small $$ item.

I did not have a good experience with this company. Beware the shipping! I purchased a few items via online. At checkout, the amount I was to be charged was incorrect as it had the wrong county tax and an additional municipal tax. Both of which were for Chicago area (which I am located in Central Illinois, NOT Chicago). Upon calling about this, I was told that it would be adjusted at the time of shipment. At time of shipment, the bill was NOT adjusted. My credit card was charged the full amount with the incorrect tax. I called to speak to a representative. She told me that the tax was removed but shipping had increased and that it "evened out". Apparently, they removed the taxes then added it on to the shipping charge so that I was charged the same amount ($90.13). I find it very hard to believe that this would even out to the penny. I then decided to return the items and was told I would have to pay for shipping. So, upon looking up the charges for shipping, I could pay $21 or $16 for shipping via the same company (UPS). Thus, the $23 shipping that they were charging me is incorrect. It makes me wonder if they are pocketing the money as it sure it's used for shipping! I will never use this company again.

Really bad customer service. They billed me $150 for product and then shipped it to another address. When I called UPS, they said Campbell Pet Company did it on purpose. When I called Campbell Pet Company, a very rude telephone operator told me I needed to track the order myself. I shared the conversation I had with UPS and he said it was not his fault. I told him his company sent the correct address confirmation to me but told UPS a different address, which is CLEARLY their fault. He said I needed to find the person it was shipped to and get it from her. This went on and on. Finally he agreed to ship the items I ordered to my address that was on my order. And it will be more than 3 weeks after I ordered that I MIGHT finally receive the package. He asked I needed anything else. I said sorry might be nice. He issued the most condescending sorry. Take your business elsewhere.
