Great shop to get the job done. Brought my truck here with cloth problems, they were able to get it done fast and bring me back on track. They are pricey, but it definitely worth the cost and quality they provide. One thing that they charge me for one part that I did not asked them .

Run a shop in Hollis Maine use there services buying reman transmissions constantly. Never warrantied or made a claim ever . Had a problem with a transmission. Says they will pay labor but but actually refuses to like we lied about the problem. Be warned they will warranty the trans but you the customer gets to pay labor both times even though there at fault.

I had to bring my dump truck in for a quick repair, I walked into the office. The service counter could not have been any nicer and surprised me when they said "we can take the truck in right now and get this fixed for you" an hour later problem solved. Price was fair and reasonable and the people were very easy to deal with. Will definitely use them for my future truck repairs.

Here's my experience it's back in 2009 purchasing 3.55 ratio Eaton differential with power divider they say one year warranty 10 days later fall apart they blame heavy load the truck water in the oil ..OK..I Pay second time again $1890 exchanging for another one installing in the truck six months later falling apart and the second time refused to cover on the warranty.... Kevin the guy who denied warranty to cover + .it cost me twice towing truck

People were good and received the correct part. But drove 8.5 hours to Connecticut only to find out that the part was in Pennsylvania. $200.00 in gas and time. Then had to drive 5 hours the next day to pick up the steering box

Had a grinding noise when I shift from low to high. I explain that to Tom at service department he said he can take care of it dropped it off week from Monday. I dropped it off Monday. he look at it Wednesday and charged me $300 . He tells me the best plan is to replace the Transmission. 4500 for the installation and 4300 for the transmission 8800 total plus a 300 drive around the block bullshi# fee. I told him I couldn't afford it and I'll just buy the Transmission and install it myself. Then they lost the transmission. So after 2 weeks and $300 I had to buy it from somebody else and have them install it. What waist of time "2 week" and 300 bucks..

Absolutely horrible experience told them exactly where the problem was only for them to pretend to look for it for 2 weeks. Problem is fixed I go to pick up the truck and it now has a another problem. Leave it there again to get charged again for something that should’ve been addressed the first time. I brought the truck there thinking it would get done quicker than I could do it which was dead wrong I will never go back there. 1500 to re-gasket a pto plate on an auto trans INSANE.
Do not wasted your time and money here.
Not to mention the person at the desk lying to my face and then me catching him in his lie only for him to tell me yeah kick rocks anyway.

Had my driveshafts rebalanced here, Kevin is great on the phone, as professional as they come, also I needed assistance with an item unrelated to work inside the truck shop and Dan helped me out, these guys went above and beyond to help a customer and make sure they’re good to go to get back on the road. I recommend these guys.
