Very easy to get the medical records I needed. Just fill out the form and follow the instructions on the door, and they brought what I needed to my car while I waited. Still following masking and distancing guidelines as of today, February 2022. This is the second time I've needed to come here for records and it's been easy enough each time.

The staff was great very helpful and the wait was minimal; the only thing is it was a little difficult to find well maybe cause the people at the hospital actually gave me wrong directions I don't think anyone at memorial or the cancer center know what there doing but ig maybe we get the best bottom of the barrel doctors we can get for a one horse town but if your smart you will always get a second opinion and never trust there first diagnosis they just about killed my mother in law a weeks ago luckily they took her to Morgantown and they had her bk off the machines in a few days when the people down here Saud there was nothing else they could do and this isn't the first person in my life they have done this to I coukd tell you atleast 5 or 6 more plus year before last during my surgery that went good they shoved that tube down my nose and punctured my stomach that was fun going bk to surgery after just getting my colon removed I almost didn't recover from the second time of being cut open from my chest to below my belly button in 2 days time 🤯👈

The people working here were extremely helpful in furnishing documents and describing what documents are and are not available. The building is hidden from the street; drive into the entrance between Lowe's and Pizza Hut in the back on the left, and look for the blue awning.

Niki at the desk seemed irritated by questions on the required form I needed to complete to pick up my medical records. She let out a huge sigh and was generally rude. I was honestly uncomfortable being there.

If you want to find this place. Ignore GPS amd the people on the phone. It's not on 57th street. Go too Kanawha Landing. Drive past the Pizza Hut and the entrance to the parking lot is on the left. Turn left and drive too the 1st awning. Go in the door. Boom, you're there.

I get a card in the mail that doesn't belong to me from the CAMc doc center and when I call to report it they can't even talk to you. The woman this belongs to probably needs it since it is for a angio-seal and is suppose to carry this card for 90 days but do they care. Nope. It has my seal or barcode on the front but not my name on front of card.

There’s no way to call and find out why they haven’t mail the records I requested. The lady said they could mail them to my home, so I wouldn’t have to wait.
