I tried the apple turnovers and the breakfast, everything was delicious! I loved how they make the potatoes. The people were very nice, the place was clean and well maintained, it was good. I travel alot, and to be honest from the outside I didn't expect much. This stop is a MUST. You guys at the Cafe, you guys are doing great!

I enjoyed a delicious takeout lunch today of fire-roasted vegetables with white bean puree, along with fire-roasted salmon, perfectly seasoned quinoa, greens, and vegetables, and scones and an oat milk latte. Even as takeout, the chefs carefully and thoughtfully "plated" the food with attention toward holistic beauty and flavor. I could taste the attention and care. It made my mid-day lunch a special, healthful, healing treat! I will be back! Masks required. Cash only, and open Monday through Friday from 7am to 1pm. HIGHLY recommend!

Cafe Gozhoo pronounced 'Goes Shawn'. (I hope I did that right...my Apache is a little rusty). James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Award semi-finalist!

On the rez and located in Whiteriver. Absolutely Apache amazing for many different reasons. Lunch was fabulous. The owner has such a heart and vision. Look it up. And by all means...go have lunch. ❤

Wish I could drop a positive review of the restaurant. Website says they're open, so we drove in from Phoenix only to find "Closed until further notice" on the doors.
