We hired Mike in August of 2023 to build an attached garage. He stated that the work would not begin until Spring. He asked for a 50% + deposit which we gave him in good faith. Big mistake. It is now November, 8 months after the time he promised to start the project, and all that has been done is ditches dug for the foundation. We have heard every excuse in the book for not completing this project. Building department, can't find help, etc.
On top of that, he asked for more money.
Now we have huge ditches that are a liability for us.
We have begged him to give us an end date for this project but, he has excuse after excuse.
So frustrated and disappointed in this man.
We do not recommend him.

The work was expert, the job was done as promised and the pricing was competitive. You will not likely find a more trustworthy and dedicated person than Mike, who walked me through the repairs and showed me pictures of everything he found and corrected. Great guy, great company. Have arranged for them to repair my old chimney as well, because I trust them. Can't thank your team enough.

After receiving numerous bids on remodeling my basement C&M Construction offered the best quality and price to me. The project was completed well within schedule and exceeded my wife's and mine expectations. I will recommend them to anyone needing any kind of construction work.
