TERRIBLE! We asked for them to inspect our trailer. They worked on it instead and we had to pay $728 to get it back. The day we picked it up the trailer started smoking! The tires were touching the metal underneath! They offered to fix it for free but instead of fixing it they made it worse!! They torched off sections of the metal and 1 stud is missing off of a hub. This trailer was DOT approved but now it’s NOT due to their actions!! They will NOT refund us our money even though they were the ones that messed up in the beginning by working on our trailer instead of just inspecting it like we asked!!! DO NOT do business with these people!!

Friendly staff good people they went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. This company makes quality trailers. The only thing cheap about their trailers is the price. I checked on trailer dealers in Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. Bravos was about $2000 less and better quality than comparable trailers. I highly recommend them. Thank you Bravos for a good deal on a great trailer.
