We stopped by for a hot meal. The place is a butcher shop where you can find all kinds of meat and they also serve some hot food.

We liked the atmosphere and the person working there was very friendly. We got some brisket and two sides.
Unfortunately the brisket was not what I expected, it was too tough. On the other hand the potato and garbanzo curry side was tasty, and I liked less the mixed veggie curry.

The Butcher Shop Cafe just went through a change of ownership, and they're going through a bit of a transition right now, but all the same: If you're in the mood for a meat-heavy meal, stop by here!

The owner gave us an *incredibly* generous sampler taste of the brisket, venison, ribs and chicken. I'd come in with an urge for beef, but we were so blown away by the quality of the chicken (soft, moist, perfectly flavorful) we had to order both it and the ribs (which were amazing).

I'm looking forward to coming back once they've finished their transition and figured out their new menu (the only side available today was mac & cheese, which is not to my taste), and I might come back sooner just to get some of their frozen meats.

Regardless, give 'em a try!

First, it was the smell of well smoked meat that got me from a distance, then it was the excellent and friendly CS from the fellow behind the counter. Stopped in on a whim to get some BBQ, best impulse ever. The brisket was fork tender and the smoke accented the meat instead of overpowering it. the selection in the freezers was as impressive as the prices. (Mid west prices in Kenmore?!? Oh, yes. Then hooked us up with some bold saffron rice, just to be nice.
I know where I'm getting my meat from now on.

Service was great and the butcher was very friendly. I ordered the brisket sandwich with fries and a drink for $10. The brisket was by far the most magnificent I have ever had the privilege of consuming! I'm not a horseradish fan but the horseradish based sauce was absolutely amazing! This brisket sandwich has everything you could ever want in a sandwich! Plus the portions are more than generous! If I could give 10 stars this establishment would get it. Keep up the amazing job guys!

I’ve been driving past this shop for years and today I finally gave it a try. I can’t believe I’ve waited this long. The meat selection was very good even this close to the holidays. The prices were excellent. But what made me such a fan – I’m going back very soon – was the guy behind the counter. One of the nicest customer service experiences I have had in a very long time – the kind that will brighten your entire week. Don’t wait to check it out like I did.

They are open for business again! I finally got to check this place out and was really impressed with the selection of organic and grass fed chicken, beef, lamb, etc. They said they have plans to add more items and bring back the grill, yum! They also have eggs for a great price and and raw milk if that's your thing. If you are in the Kirkland/Finn hill/ Bothell/ Kenmore check them out! They are in the blue building across the street from the guest house. The owner and staff were super nice. I look forward to coming back.

This hard to miss shop located on Juanita Drive south of Bothell Everett Hwy, is easily the best unknown spot in Kenmore. It offers a nice lunch menu with fresh ground hamburger and other meats. I had the butcher burger which came with a perfectly cook burger with the baked beans. The burger was perfect, well-seasoned and very filling. The beans tasted good, but were undercooked.

One of my companions had the New York strip sandwich and she enjoyed it as well.

They are also a full service butcher with high quality cuts and homemade sausage. Their meats were reasonably priced.

Two adventurous trekkers, out on a social distancing walk in the vicinity of Juanita Drive were attracted to the aroma of a smoker. What a treat! BBQ pork ribs, pasta, BBQ Kobe ribs! Oh,!
