Everyone here is super friendly and they just go above and beyond to help make deer dropoff and pickup a great experience. They offer a lot of options for specialty cuts, and their prices and yield have always been great. I typically request my straps cut into 6" sections, and then slice thin after I cook to a good medium or medium rare (see my photo for a great breakfast option of potatoes, over easy eggs, onions, and backstrap). I'll continue to bring my deer here next season and beyond.

1st time using Chuck and Bernie's the people are friendly the place is clean and the price is right. I filled out the paper and asked for all steaks from hind quarters back strap cut 3/4" butterfly and that was done. Tenderloin left whole and it was not in the bag unless labeled as back strap. Not many steaks in the bag from the hind quarters. Mostly ground deer and the packs ranged from 16oz to 26oz. I will try again when I harvest another deer.
