Just when I thought wonderful customer service had vanished completely, thank you to Burke’s for proving me wrong! I visited recently for the first time for a jewelry repair. The store and displays were stunning. The staff was helpful and friendly. Been to other jewelers that treated you like an inconvenience when they realized you weren’t there to spend thousands? I feel confident saying that won’t happen here. Even if you’re just browsing, the staff makes you feel valued and is genuinely happy to assist in any way. This may have been my first visit to Burke’s, but it definitely won’t be my last. This caliber of service earns customers for life!

Bought a bracelet for my wife. Very friendly staff very helpful. Had a little problem with the clasp, they took care of it right there. Definitely would buy from them again. My wife has head several Rings repaired there and they have always been very very competitive on jewelry repair. They also did it in a very fast time frame.
