Great place for meeting up with cousins. Good menu of hot or cold meals. Nice salad bar. I'm from Georgia and I've never seen apple butter on a salad bar! Loved it !

It seemed a little odd but a comment was made when I asked for a 3 lb tenderloin, and the response was is 5 lb too much!? My response was yes only need 3 and then they turned to cut it and said under their breath, but loud enough for me to hear The things we do for customers. I didn't say anything but yes that is why you are here to serve the customer with what they asked for. Sorry if he was having a bad day but not my fault. Usually they are pleasant and very accommodating.

Two weeks ago, ordered a prime rib roast, picked up my order, and I couldn’t see the big ass rib bone still attached. On my way home, I decide my belly isn’t feeling right about something and I decide to look at the roast. Btw I’ve been going to this butcher for years, have never had an issue until today. I paid 105 plus tax for this roast which was supposed to be 5lbs, which is already kinda high in my opinion, bc for 105, Safeway had prime rib roast for 8lbs for 105. I called on the way home to ask, is it typical to get a bone attached to the roasts bc the other years I’ve ordered, I have never had a bone attached. They said typically no they don’t give the bone, I asked why they attached one to my order, he could only state “well….” And hung up the phone. So they charged me all this money for the bone. Once my husband trimmed the rib/bone off, we had less than a 3lb roast. So we paid for 3lbs for 105 of actually edible meat….. my husband is losing his damn mind and I’m just so speechless. We had to go to a different butcher and got a 6lb for 85 at Godfrey’s butcher in York. I can’t believe we were done so horribly and my family and I have gone there for years, I promise you that stops today. 105 bucks for 3lbs, so Safeway, a corporation would have been better business than what I experienced.

I love their BBQ because I get it for carryout and they have a good grilled ham steak with pineapple which I eat inside when I dine here regularly

Sent my wife to Bullock's Meats to purchase pork fat to grind in with my venison. She came home with 15 lbs and paid $37.90. That is $2.50 per lb. I pay less than this for actual pork shoulder with a fat cap and with no bone at my local grocery stores, BJ's and Costco. I called the butcher shop to let them know that they charged her incorrectly and they said $2.50 per lb has been their price for 3 years. Selling fat for the price of pork shoulder meat is truly taking advantage of customers. Very disappointing!

Wanted some really nice steaks for this holiday weekend. They always have a great selection to choose from. Then it hit me... I want tomahawk steaks. Didn't see any in the display. When they called my number, I asked if tomahawks were available. The wonder lady behind the counter informed me that tomahawks were special order only. I needed to call ahead. Porterhouse it is! She told me to hold on for a second and went to the back. The wonderful people in the back made an exception and cut them for ASAP. I was blown away. So happy to get my tomahawks. They have forever locked me in a a customer for fresh meat. The prices are absolutely reasonable for great quality meat. Don't hesitate to get in there and get you some awesomeness. They also have sausages, pickles, breads. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed. The pen in the photos is for reference.
