AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEYOND MEASURE!!!!
I was greeted with a genuine smile and wave by Josh, who went well above-and-beyond to help me fully assess and fix some issues with my mother’s car. Josh and the other employees, including Rob, were so genuinely kind and helpful…..a true old-world skillset that is sadly no longer part of most businesses. The shop is immaculate and well-organized. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into services I did not desire. Moreover, Josh and his team helped to find reasonable/budget-friendly solutions for my needs. The quote for services was well under dealerships quoted and they worked expediently and thoroughly. I truly wish they had a “Buellton Garage” in Santa Barbara, where I live. I cannot recommend this business enough!

I had a great experience with the team at Buellton Garage. Rob was incredibly professional and thorough, taking the time to explain the work needed after diagnosing an issue with the compressor in my vehicle’s air suspension. They replaced the part efficiently, and during a test drive, another issue was discovered in the rear suspension. Rob kindly offered to take care of the repair if I purchased the necessary part, which they obtained for me. The team even stayed late to ensure the job was completed, so I could have my vehicle back the same day. Highly recommend Buellton Garage for their exceptional service!

I needed an urgent oil change and stopped over hoping they could squeeze me in. There were able to take me same day, and were willing to bump me up in the schedule for that day because I was on a tight timeline with kid pick-up. Not only did they complete the oil change, they texted and emailed a list of results of the full inspection, which revealed wire damage from rodents and a dead rodent in the engine air filter - ew! I had no idea. They took the time to send detailed information, photos of areas that needed work and a cost estimate for each job. Also, I appreciated that they were not pushy about including repairs that day, I've had experiences at other auto repair shops where I've felt bullied into adding on additional services. I will absolutely be getting my car serviced at Buellton Garage from now on.

I see my old review got buried. While the owners are nice I was wildly quoted like $2,000 and they didn’t even check things like my air filters that had been replaced the week before. I just noticed they now took over Steve’s when I went for air in my tires. Love Steve’s but no matter how many coupons they send out I will never go back too Buellton Garage. Service was March 18, 2021. They did let that technician go after but unfortunately my trust is forever lost.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Buellton Garage Automotive Repair in Buellton. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait an unbelievable 6 and a half hours for a simple oil change. This level of inefficiency is completely unacceptable. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if it doesn’t matter?

We were given no reasonable explanation for the delay, and the lack of urgency or concern from the staff only made the experience worse. This is not how customers should be treated. We will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or timely service. We never had this problem when it was STAR Auto. What a shame.

I recently visited STAR-Steve’s Autobody and Repair Shop for an oil change and smog check, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized the facility was, which immediately put me at ease. The entire team, down to the mechanics, was incredibly sweet and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly taken care of, and that’s exactly the experience I had here.
