Good overall. They have good doctors, portal works, waiting area is roomy and quiet, paperwork is correct.

Their phone lines always take long though. I waited half an hour to speak to someone, 50 minutes to complete the call to schedule a blood test. Even when I was first in line, takes at least 8 minutes.

I have not had a very good experience with this office, I called on a Monday at 8:30 with a UTI I’ve been dealing with, I was told they would get the message and decide where I should come in or take another medication, about 11:30 I called back to see if they had any information after I was told “It’s Monday and there very busy on Mondays so I waited all day I never got a call back, that has never in my 40 years of dealing with doctors happend, where they never called back! I'm a patient of Dr Yeash. I've been coming hear for about 20 years now I think. Anyways it's always been amazing.

My last visit I explained that I didn't think it was necessary for me to come in as it was also going to mess up my refill timing. They agreed and his head nurse, who is also amazing, changed my refills to 90 days which improved timing. After the claim was processed I got a refund.

After being at this practice for 5 years I am sorry to say I would never go back. After I disputed a charge for months I finally paid it only because I didnt want it to go to collections only to find out that my insurance had paid for it even though they said it didnt. Now months and months later I cant get their billing service to refund the money or call me back and when I asked for help from the office manager they said they cant help me even though its their billing service. Ever since they switched to Optum it has been terrible and so corporate. I would not recommend this doctor office to anyone!

This place sounds like a local community family practice office, but it was recently acquired by Optum. Don’t be fooled! Optum is everything that is wrong about corporate-run healthcare. Optum has turned this into a “business first/patient last” operation. I’ve been seeing the great providers here for 10+ years, but I refuse to do business with this place anymore. Their time spent per patient is now tracked and very limited.

They were in "negotiation" with my insurance provider, Aetna (a major insurance carrier, mind you) for almost a year, during which I was paying Out of Network to see doctors I'd been with for 10+ years.
When I didn't receive a bill for a series of visits after 6 months, I called the local number to speak to billing. Come to find out billing has been outsourced to another country. I was told that I hadn't been given a bill for services due to some issue with their software. There was no recourse, no supervisor to speak to, no local billing rep to work with. Instead I got “so sorry, too bad for you”. If I wouldn't have proactively called, I would have ended up in collections without them ever having provided a bill of services that is their legally required obligation to furnish. They could not even give me the total owed over the phone, they had to email it to me, and then email me separately for a link to pay it. The link was bad and I ended up having to call back and make a payment to a robot recording. You’d think these people would want to get paid, but they just put all the responsibility on the patient, knowing that it’s not worth the effort for an individual to take legal action.

They also failed to fax in my employer-ordered blood test results on two separate occasions, which almost led to a tripling in the cost of my company’s healthcare plan. I had to start going to third party labs just to ensure the job was done right the first time.

Update: I love how they’re now so willing to provide a local billing/customer service number AFTER I made a public complaint. Be forewarned, you will not be transferred to that number when you call the office and select the Billing option. And good luck finding a local contact on their website. Too little, too late. 0 out of 10 on customer service, accessibility, and transparency.

I’ve been wanting to look for a primary care doctor for a while, and I came across New west physicians. I saw that Dr. Kylie had good reviews so I thought I’d try her out. And boy am I glad that I did! I have never had a doctor truly take the time to listen to my needs and help me come up with solutions for them. She actually cares about what you have to say too. She is beyond sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I wouldnt want anyone else to see me While I am feeling down. She is truly amazing and I wish more doctors were like her 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I was very anxious for my first appointment with this practice as I've had bad experiences in the past but the front desk person (I didn't get their name), Ari, and Dr. Bukema treated me with complete kindness and patience. They took the time to really listen, explain, and show compassion. I highly recommend this practice.

This company has the worst billing department in the history of medical billing. Basically, they kept sending me bills saying that I didn't pay them their co-pays. I then sent them line by line data of all my credit card statements showing that I had actually OVERPAID them by $25. They continued to bill me. They never got back to me regarding my credit card statements. What I would expect is LINE BY LINE data showing me how I was wrong and they were right. Instead, they threatened collections on me and basically just kept gaslighting me saying "we reviewed this and you owe us money". I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. Being sick is stressful enough without a HORRIBLE billing team that just makes your life more stressful than it needs to be. IN SUMMATION: YOU SUCK!
