The complexity rose as I was gradually upgrading my system from 9 solar panels to 18, and shifting from 4 wet cell batteries to 8 Lithium. This step-by-step transition significantly complicated matters, especially when it came to managing the differing power capabilities and limitations whilst ensuring none of the costly equipment got damaged. Easton was a blessing. He was exceptional, boasting a rare blend of advanced knowledge on the most obscure details and the patience and teaching style of a caring, elementary school educator. I understand this may sound hyperbolic, but I had previously gone through countless 'how-to' videos on YouTube, and browsed through a plethora of blogs, forums, and manufacturers' videos, but I was still unable to find the specific answers I needed. Therefore, discovering a professional like Easton, who was approachable and had all the answers consolidated, was invaluable. He offered even more than what I had asked for, as he instinctively understood the potential issues I might face with my setup.
