Public Works has always responded quickly to my concerns. I have bugged them for a year to put vermine proof tops on the trash cans on the Crocker Trail, and they worked to find a top that would fit the existing cans. I constantly send them reports of dumping and they respond quickly. I worked with them regarding the discharge of lint from Bay Area Linens and the problem got fixed.
