BrightView Snow Services is a breath of fresh air as the service provider for our residential community.

Three January winter storm events so far and the crew has been proactive, attentive, responsive and professional in providing reliable service throughout the duration of each storm. Working in extreme cold temperatures day and night the crew make sure roadways, driveways, sidewalks, storm drains and fire hydrants all received the appropriate amount of attention.

While the crew was on site a few days ago continuing with ice treatment, a neighbor was walking down their driveway towards their mailbox. The crew was nearby and stopped working to make sure the neighbor or driveway didn’t require additional assistance. Once everything was ok, they continued on with tasks.

Our site Production Manager, Associate Branch Manager and Branch Manager are top notch. They are always available and respond immediately when called upon.

None of this would be possible without a stellar crew and proper equipment and training. I am grateful to each and every crew member for working as hard as they do especially in the elements. When requested to a specific task, it is completed without fail or the need to repeat. I applaud them with a standing ovation.

There is no perfect score but BrightView Snow Services comes quite close!
