**NEIL IS THE GUY TO SEE!** We wanted to downsize into a smaller trailer but couldn’t decide if we wanted to go a little smaller or full send into a tiny trailer. Neil was so patient with us while we literally went into every single trailer on the lot. More than once. He was incredibly knowledgeable about each brand and features and had an answer to all of our questions. He was up front and honest about the pros and cons of each trailer. He wasn’t pushy and gave us our space while we spent weeks looking. Once we were ready to pull the trigger, it was Neil who took the time to genuinely understand the needs of our family and guided us into the perfect trailer. We highly recommend Bretz. You won’t find a higher end RV, or staff, anywhere else!

I recently bought an Airstream remotely, which could have been a stressful experience—but thanks to Josh, it was completely seamless. From start to finish, he made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in my purchase:

We bought a used trailer here just about a week ago and had an amazing experience. We are new to the RV life and didn't want to commit to anything to big or fancy as we weren't sure if we would love it or not. Trevor is friendly and knowledgeable, understood our goals and was not pushy at all. He was also very patient as I went back to look at the same trailer 3x with a toddler. Once we decided to purchase it the whole process was smooth and everyone involved was just as friendly and helpful. During the final walk through Mark took the time to go over everything with me since we were newbies, which I really appreciate. They really wanted to make sure we had a good first experience. I absolutely recommend this place. Should we decide to upgrade in a year or two we will definitely be going back to Bretz to do so.
