Awesome Store!! Definitely not a gas pump it’s a great experience for the family. This Thing has everything from rocks to fireworks, even a DQ. So cool just wished we had more time but I hear the museum is cool. Well until next time

This is a must stop!!! I love the billboard advertising along the highway and was 100% intrigued. Upon stopping, you will find the neatest gift shop with so many different things, really clean bathrooms, friendly staff, the most fun museum for $5. I don't want to spoil the fun - just stop in and check it out.

So we kept seeing signs for this place along the road we traveled on our way to Roswell and we didn't intend to stop here but we stopped for gas and this happened to be the place we stopped at so of course we had to see what all the hubbub was about. I checked online and the reviews were really positive so there in we went... The Thing Museum is really something to see. I can't tell you what you will find inside because you have to see it for yourself and be the judge. It was surely entertaining and fun for the whole family. They also have a pretty huge gift shop where we had to drop some coin. It is a roadside adventure! Just stop here, stretch your legs and check it out--live a little and enjoy the ride. 🙂 The whole thing took us about an hour with browsing and shopping.

Most people would most likely not give a 5 star rating but this was an amazing stop for my friend and I. Before going do not Google what the thing is play a guessing game with your passengers and then enjoy. It is very affordable and it is a self guided tour. Update- finally had a chance to revisit it was still a lot of fun prior to the trip my kids and I watched the Doug movie when Doug and Judy argue over the roadside attractions. It really made the experience even more enjoyable especially when you are driving up and start seeing the billboards.

This place is amazing. There’s so much to choose from in this store it will blow your mind. The tour of The Thing is awesome. All the staff and very knowledgeable about The Thing and everything in the store. I would definitely stop if I had the chance.

My kids love coming here when we have traveled. Anytime we are coming back to AZ from Texas they always want to stop here and get a little souvenir. We spent over an hour the last time we brought them here we went over the whole store about three times cause they didn’t want to miss anything they might want.
