Our first time buying furniture from Bo Concepts and it was first-rate from start to finish (rare these days!).

We bought furniture for living and dining room (really one room). We received wonderful design help from Ashton in the store in fine-tuning our choices (with different fabrics/leathers). She followed up with showing us various 3 D drawings of different ways we could place the furniture in our space. It was such a help to see the layout and gave us assurance that everything would fit.

Communication was great throughout the process with many emails with Ashton. The whole process was exciting and took a lot of stress out of the purchase.

We were delighted when ALL the furniture arrived in the warehouse at the same time and AHEAD of schedule!

Delivery process was super smooth, too. They inspected all furniture before delivery to make sure everything looked good.

My husband and I are simply DELIGHTED with our furniture! It totally "makes" our condo and gives us pleasure every time we enter the room.

The owner of this BoConcept is next level! I have worked with the San Jose location before and had a great experience, but needed furniture shipped to an east coast client on a small project. I ordered 4 pieces for the project and was given an estimated timeline for delivery. The delivery shipped right on time, but there was an issue with the shipping company - it appears they changed their shipping specs unbeknownst to BoConcept. They could not deliver the order due to its size. After going back and forth with the owner, he actually made the decision to fly down to the location, hired a rental van, picked up the shipment and hand delivered to the client’s address. Any other person would have canceled this order - it was absolutely crazy. This company is one in a 100 million. Do not hesitate to order from them as they will go above and beyond to ensure your project’s success.

My wife and I probably visited a half-dozen different stores looking for contemporary, modern furniture before BoConcept. We're glad we found Tim and his team here at the Tysons Galleria location! From start to our delivery day today, he was professional and knowledgeable with everything in his showroom. We initially walked in for a bed for our master bedroom, but ended up furnishing majority of our place through them. So happy with our decision!

The team and the quality of your product. These are the reason I started shopping at BoConcept. Also the service department team Tony and his team are very knowledgeable, caring and professional. The timing Tony gave us to have his team visit our house is always very efficient, he has great communication skills letting us know the next steps, and explaining the process. The entire team in the showroom, are caring, kind, professional ,friendly and Tariq that has helped us to choose our furniture went above and beyond to support us! By far the best furniture store I’ve purchased from. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional. Your piece of furniture will be unique and you will have a design consultant guide you through the selection process. My sales representative, Julie, did an amazing job explaining all the fabric and furniture combinations. The staff is available whenever you have questions and will do a professional design if needed. I was very impressed with the communication the staff offered through the entire process to make sure everything went smoothly. The delivery staff took all the necessary precautions to make a safe delivery during Covid19 including masks, shoe coverings and gloves. I highly recommend anyone to buy furniture from this company. The furniture is beautiful, you will feel like you own a unique piece. I’m very happy with my purchase and the overall experience. I will purchase from them again.
