Awesome, fantastic, thorough, efficient, friendly, empathetic. These are just some of the words to describe the BMW of North Haven team and the buying experience.
Basel is hands down the best client advisor, knowledgeable about the product, always responsive and reachable. just a thorough gentleman. He compared options on different vehicles and made suggestions and recommendations to guide us.
On the closing day of the deal the process was made so efficient by the whole team.
Crystal in finance was amazing and explained everything so clearly - and as hard as it is to part with money she made running through all the paperwork seamless.
Then the fun part, setting up our cars and getting to know all the tech and apps - our BMW genius Diana was incredible.
This is the model of what car buying should be like, congrats BMW North Haven !

Fantastic experience! Brendan is a pro. Never once put any pressure on me and was easy to work with. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and pulled off some great incentives! Crystal in finance is excellent. She made sure I understood the extra coverages and worked with me for the right one. Again, no pressure felt and the process was smooth. Finally, Diana the tech whiz is one of the nicest people ever and made sure I knew exactly how to work the car! I’ve bought a lot of cars, but the experience I got at BMW North Haven is by and large the best I’ve had. You have a customer for life!

I’m very disappointed that this dealership would take advantage of their customer's as they had dealing with my wife and I. They wanted to charge.us $4,400 to replace an oil filter housing on our 2018 330 xdrive. The service rep Andrew Merino lied to me multiple times regarding work that was never completed on the car. For example he told me his master mechanic had taken the intake manifold off. However, when I did the work the bolts had clearly never had been touched and it was not even necessary to complete the work. He also told me his boss was not in but when I drove their in person I found out he had been there to whole time. I bought the genuine BMW oil filter housing for $317 and completed the work in my driveway in the cold in less than 8 hours. See my pictures. It’s disgusting that they have taken advantage of a customer and charge them $4,400.

Outstanding Customer Service from the entire staff at BMW of North Haven. Basel helped my daughter purchase her first car with zero pressure, honesty, integrity, professionalism, and most importantly treated her fairly. Crystal in the finance department was equally outstanding. She took her time explaining how the process works and actually beat the interest rate we were looking at with outside financing. Then comes the genius staff that treated my 19 year old like she was the most important person in the dealership. I've purchased over a dozen cars and worked in the car business for years and hands down this was the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever been part of.
