I have been searching for the perfect CPO vehicle and found her at this dealership. Upon first communication with Tia, I was excited. It was an hour and a half ride one way and totally worth it. The respect and kindness she showed me, made me feel like there is hope in the world when purchasing a vehicle. 2 days later I returned to pick up the vehicle and I am in love. If you are in the market for a new or used BMW, Tia is the girl to call!!!

PS. Don't be fooled by the "Greenwich" location. Everyone is extremely down to earth and nice.

Sent him a built of an M240i, just two months later I picked up this beauty. jose was very professional and always kept me informed of the car’s status. By far the best experience i ever had with a dealer. Had the pleasure to work closely with Jose Temoche, he help me get my dream car personalize, 2025 M3 Goodwood Green with Tarufo buckets, 1/1 spec and all happen because of him. Kept me very informed of the status of the car, when left the manufactury, when it got to the port etc.

My recent attempt to purchase a 2022 BMW X4M Competition at BMW Greenwich was extremely disappointing. After placing a deposit, I had the non-CPO vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic who identified necessary safety repairs, specifically replacement of the front brake pads and rotors.

When I brought these safety concerns to the client advisor’s attention and requested either repairs or a price adjustment, I was informed that neither option would be considered.

During my three separate visits to the dealership, the sales manager never once came out to greet me or engage in any conversation. When I requested to speak with the sales manager about the safety concerns, I was told he refused to speak with me directly.

This level of disengagement from management is particularly disappointing given the significant investment involved and the legitimate safety considerations. Their complete absence during the entire sales process and subsequent refusal to discuss these issues directly with me demonstrates a lack of customer consideration.

While I understand the "as-is" nature of the sale, ensuring vehicle safety should be paramount for a premium brand like BMW. The dealership's unwillingness to even review the mechanic's findings or engage in a discussion about these safety concerns is troubling.

I had arranged financing and was prepared to make a substantial down payment on the vehicle. However, the dismissive handling of my safety concerns and the complete lack of management engagement gave me serious reservations, ultimately leading me to step away from the deal entirely. I am particularly disappointed as I was genuinely excited about purchasing the X4M.

Update: My personal contact information has been emailed to the GM in response to this review & am awaiting his call.

Excellent experience working with BMW of Greenwich. The whole process from beginning to end was transparent, professional and extremely responsive. My sales advisor Al was excellent, always kept me informed, helped me think through options and color combinations and very transparent with working with me on pricing. You can tell he is passionate about his job and the brand which shows in the outstanding client service experience he provides.
