these people here are super unprofessional it seems like they hate their job

asked for a simple rectangle to be embroidered but they couldn’t even do that. instead of telling me that they couldn’t embroider a simple ratio they went ahead and stitched a completely wrong dimension ruining my shirt.

when i called them seeing if we could come to a middle ground they started to yell at me being very unprofessional what a joke!!

and not to be said stitch quality was terrible.

I ordered a shirt over a month in advance and still wasn’t ready in time. Wasn’t informed it would be late until 4 days before the event it was needed for.
