Fabulous pizza and very fair prices too. Our whole family loves this place. I eat the GF pizza and everyone else eats regular. I’ve been a couple times now and had a good experience each time. Only very small complaint is, during our last visit I asked what kind of drizzles they have for the pizzas while choosing my toppings. I was told there’s a long list to choose from later. Then it was never clear when or where to find the list. My husband got to choose his while he got his toppings, so I don’t understand why my question was pushed aside at that time. The pizza was still very good, but the miscommunication or maybe lack of patience by that particular employee was slightly frustrating. Also, the tables are bolted to the floor at a width that doesn’t easily accommodate a stroller. I had to walk the length of the restaurant to get to the one place where my stroller could fit. Not a deal breaker, but it was slightly inconvenient. Overall, fabulous pizza and fair prices mean we’ll be back.

The customer service goes above and beyond. Long story short there was an issue with online ordering and Ken did everything to make it right.
First time here did the BFF deal and it was really good and will be back. The only other issue we had was the ranch was forgotten 🙁
But the way Ken offered to fix the issue right away ment a lot.

Always reliable, good pizza, fast. Love the lemonades. The greeter, Dana, has always been delightful--a real ambassador of the Blaze brand--and I'm so happy to see her here since the West Broad location closed. She's a priceless asset to this establishment.

I don't tend to eat out much due to my food allergies, which can be quite severe. Five days ago after meeting a friend for a pedicure date, we were hungry and decided to give this place a try. It took me longer than some to look around as I wanted review what my exposure possibilities might be after seeing how everything was set up. The kind woman at the counter was already really chipper when she greeted us, but I was blown away shortly after my friend ordered and it was my turn. After I'd stated what I wanted from the menu and before I could say it myself, she asked if I had any food allergies. Never have I ever been asked about my allergies when I ordered. I've been waiting for the day that I could eat at a restaurant without fear of needing an EpiPen... Until this Blaze Pizza. I could've cried. Safe wrote down my allergy on my order sheet and she even told the staff-loudly and clearly- to change their gloves to "cauliflower" gloves, which meant they'd be free of my allergen right from the start.
I chose a simple cheese pizza on cauliflower crust and my friend had a half specialty pizza. A half pizza!! Not enough slices to make a half, but they actually cut the already rolled dough in half. It's was so cool!
Both of our meals were perfect and I can't wait to go back again!

It was our first time here. Our kids loved it. We got a family deal 3 pizzas and 2 sides for 35. So reasonably priced as well! The kids loved watching it get made in front of them and the taste even more. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely return

Have to give a shout out when a shout out is due… Friday night, 1/17, 6:30 pm. Place was half full. Not a long line, was able to order without a wait. Staff of 9+ was very welcoming, friendly and fast. Placed order, went to pay and noticed the over abundant stack of orders before mine. If I had to guess how many, I’d say at least 30…at least. (Probably way more) Cashier was on the brink of near meltdown (trying to line up the orders)but stayed composed while checking me out. The staff was truly hustling. They were busy! But they worked like a well oiled machine. What I thought could potentially take 30 minutes for my pizza based on the amount of orders I saw, and the oven full of pizzas, took less than 15. Kudos to the staff! I hope when management sees this they duly reward the Friday night staff for their friendliness, efficiency, hustle and teamwork during an overly busy time that could have been a complete disaster with just one hiccup. You got some good people there!

I took my family and friend there yesterday and bragged about it before we went. Needless to say, once again, it exceeded my expectations. The build your own pizza came with many options, all pleasing! I ordered a Ceasars salad as well, delicious, fresh, and satisfying. The lemonade to drink was delicious. The consistency of all is why I look forward to visiting and taking others. The staff was engaging, helpful, and smiling, which made me feel welcomed and encouraged the service they provided. Thank you for another great visit. I'll he looking forward to my next pizza.
