We absolutely love Black Rock Seafood. Their smoked scallops are to-die-for. Razor clams are super tasty very reasonable price. The rock oysters were just okay. They were tasty though. We love it here in the service is fantastic. We went today and they weren't quite open yet, but the owner was nice enough to let us and we highly recommend this place.

Walked in the store to buy two Dungeness was not greeted…. the lady behind the counter, kept yakking with the customer in front of me, not paying any attention to me whatsoever… I finally asked the gentleman working in the back if he could clean two crab for me. that took another 10 minutes… the dark, curly haired gal behind the counter was very rude

How about some smile? You don't have to be yelling at people all the time. I barely had a time to look at what's on the menu.

I don't care about the quality of the food- simply unprofessional.

Update: my family was around here and got medium size oysters. Came back home and found out more than half of the oysters were definitely not "medium". They definitely mixed up smalls and mediums. Bunch of liars

Nothing fishy here. The first clue to great seafood provider is the lack of a fish smell. If you want fresh local seafood, that is handled and treated with care drop by Blackrock. Fresh Black Cod, King Salmon, Silver, crabs, oysters and smoked salmon they have it all at good prices and it is fresh!

I’m not sure why there are so many reviews saying that the customer service is bad or the staff are rude. We stop here every year after camping over here and we’ve always had great service and fresh, delicious seafood. Today was no different. We were greeted by a friendly staff member and they were helpful and chatty the whole time. We will definitely be back next year!
