We celebrated our 17-year anniversary with a wonderful night out! Enjoying the bar area, we received exceptional service. The jambalaya and pizza were delicious, and the drinks were great too! It was lovely to have a kid-free evening. Highly recommend – we had a fantastic time and great food!

The service was ok. The online payment option was not working. The server stated that she was aware of it but we waited for a while for her to come back and get our card/payment. I got a sirloin and shrimp scampi. The sirloin was dry and without the sauce it does not have any flavor. Also, I got the Boba-licious mango sparkler for almost $7 not refillable in a small glass and 75% of is ice!!(see photos) My friend got a rib eye steak and it was juicy but unseasoned(no flavor)!!!!

From the moment we were seated, our waitress Angela went above and beyond to make our dining experience incredible. She was always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind always checking in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive.
What really stood out was how effortlessly she made us feel welcome and taken care of, like we were the only table that mattered. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and does it with such grace and authenticity.
If you’re lucky enough to get her as your server, trust me you’re in for a fantastic experience. She’s a true waitress and credit to the restaurant!

Food is usually great! We ordered a Great White and it was amazing as always. Although our usual ordered pazookie was a huge disappointment. Paying almost 10 dollars for it to not be done properly is crazy work. Ordered on 2-14 @ 10:38pm. Was ready for pick up at 11pm.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience at BJ’s Restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to Adam! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome with his warm and friendly attitude. He was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right moments to make sure we had everything we needed.

Adam gave fantastic recommendations, and you could tell he really knows the menu well. He even took the time to make sure our food came out just the way we wanted it. Every request we had was met with a smile, and his professionalism and genuine kindness made our dining experience so much more enjoyable.

It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond in customer service, but Adam absolutely did. He made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. If you’re dining at BJ’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Adam—you won’t regret it! We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be hoping to have Adam as our server again. Thanks for making our night so great!

Hannah did a great job recommending the ribeye steak as a favorite choice for a lot of diners. Steak was very tender well cooked almost smelt in your mouth. Hannah checked on this several times. We had enough stink to make steak and eggs for breakfast at next day. The prawns were also excellent service was fairly quick even though this place is very busy parking was a little sketchy as fill up quickly in prime dinner time so we came early. I would recommend come early if you want to get a seat and reservations or a must.

Have always loved the calamari at BJ's and was very disappointed to order it and find that they changed the recipe, presentation, quantity and quality. Safe to say I won't be ordering that again. They were also out of a popular drink ingredient that i was very much looking forward to. Sad visit for sure.

Add on/edit: originally posted before getting main course and i have to say I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered a burger and my friend ordered the sirloin and shrimp scampi. My burger came out in a full mess, sideways and just thrown together. The lettuce was the stock end of the lettuce there were only 2 pickles. Sauce was barely there and where it was, was in a messy glob. The burger was also burnt. Rather than complaining to the staff, I attempted to fix myself and rebuild it. My waiter looked right at me and watched without asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. My friends steak was unflavored and chewy. Supposed to be medium rare and was not to par. His shrimp scampi was way overcooked and chewy as well and his vegetables were cold and bland. He set his plate to the side and our waited just ignored us for a while. Once he did talk to us, he did apologize so at least there is that. It was the kitchen staff for sure that was way in the red on this visit.

Second time coming here I was excited to come back because the food was delicious last time we visited. This time around not so great my chicken was served raw. They did get me a replacement dish which I thought would be better since I tried it at my first visit there. I waited as my family finished their meals but once I got my replacement dish it did not taste the same from when I first tried it. I had a couple bites and was unable to finish it. All and all servers were nice but still left there hungry and really disappointed.
