James serviced my bike I just bought second hand. He was very honest with what needed to be done and he was nice enough to take a quick peek at my husband’s bike too. He gave very honest feedback about what he thought of the condition of our bikes, and he seemed very knowledgeable. All around I was very happy with the service and the cost, will definitely will have this company back next year for my yearly tune up!

Can't say enough about this company and it's owner. Great service from a knowledgeable source you can trust. Chose service for first time and could have been taken advantage of, but owner was very honest and straight with me on what the needs of my bike were given visual inspection and q & a about my riding abilities and experiences thus far. Quite technical but explained in a simple manner. Lifetime customer who just referred his family. Thank you for a refreshing experience.

Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Bike Wrench in Fort Collins. After having a part stolen on my bike making it inoperable I found James at Bike Wrench and gave him a call. His quote was extremely reasonable on both parts and labor. He was able to come early and had my bike back in great condition in no time. On top of that he was a really friendly and knowledgeable. He lubed my chain and seat post at no cost and gave me some very helpful advice.

Not having a car in Old Town it is a real disaster when my bike isn't working and Bike Wrench really saved the day. Can't thank James enough for the great service, affordable cost and expert advice. I highly recommend this terrific mobile bike repair to anyone. You won't regret it!

Needed a tube replacement and safety check on two bikes that we built ourselves. James explained what he needed to do, worked quick, and did a great job. And it’s a huge bonus that he comes right to you! Would definitely recommend his business!

I can't recommend James highly enough! Excellent service for two bikes, on short notice, at a very reasonable price. I didn't know which service to book, and James actually charged less than the original amount booked because I didn't need the whole package I had asked for - honest, excellent service without the wait of a traditional shop. Will be a customer for years and recommend him 100%!
