Had my trusty Specialized Rock Hopper cabling serviced by Sam (owner) at Top Tier Bikes at the beginning of this year. It's a bike that has had allot of miles on it because I enjoy riding in all types of weather. Recently shifting between my big and small ring wasn't happening. Sam diagnosed the problem on the spot. Within two days my bike was ready (due to New Year's Day - holiday) and I was back on the rode. My transition between gears is smooth and makes it again a joy to ride.

Sam is the owner and does all the wrench work himself. Not often these days that you can obtain one stop diagnosis and service. I highly recommend Sam's work and timely delivery to get you back on the saddle let your tire hit the asphalt or dirt.

P.S. Don't forget to give "Fly", Sam's shop mascot a friendly pet!

Literally the greatest bike shop i've ever been to. Sam is SUPER fast on tune ups and repairs, and can help you upgrade your bike to crush any of your local trails.

Go in, pet the dog (Fly), drink a beer, and Sam will take care of whatever you need. Also, when the shop is closed, you can find Sam out on the trail or doing gnarly enduro races! He walks the walk!

I decided to switch from riding a hybrid to an endurance road bike. This store was recommended by a friend and when I went in, I was greeted by Sam, who was extremely helpful and patient in educating me about what type of bike would be best for me. He took the time to allow me to test the bike out several times outside and also fitted the bike in the shop. He even took a test ride out with me to give me an idea of how to ride with pedal clips since it was my first time. All in all a great experience, I recommend their shop for all your bike needs.

Great shop! This is just what Superior needed. Sam the owner is a great guy who loves bikes. Came in to have my rear cassette changed and I got so much more. Archer! free beer! and great conversation. He ended up changing my tires over as well and set them up tubeless. Vet owned, so it is worht it just to go in and talk with a really cool guy.

I came into the shop with a rear derailleur issue and a problem with my front break allignment. Handed the bike over to Sam, the owner, and asked him to take a look. Came back the next day and couldn’t have been any happier with the work he did. Bike feels brand new.

Sam’s an awesome guy, very passionate about bikes and runs the shop in an efficient and professional manner. He’s got just about everything under the sun, and it’s well organized so you can be in and out quick if need be, but Sam’s always happy to help you out if you have any questions.

Top Tier Bikes is a wonderful shop and the owner Sam is all about customer service. Sam is a veteran and a one-man show at the shop and he takes complete care of his customers.
