Dennis helped me new tires and was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the various tire offerings and helped me confirm the tires i was looking for would work out well and have the features i wanted. He knew i was shopping around and helped obtain a good price, phoned me as soon as the tires arrived at the store (the same day) and moved my appointment up to install the same day. Work was done on time and i'm very happy. Big O continues to work hard to provide a great service!

Such a nice experience! Justin was my service advisor and was so helpful. With the winter weather, I was concerned about the condition of one of my tires. I had my toddler with me so I couldn’t hang around all day. Justin explained everything clearly and had the service done so quickly! Doesn’t get any better than that!

Big O Tires in Castle Pines has done it again! Superb service! I stopped by this morning to have my tire checked for a leak and Dennis promptly got me in to have it looked within an hour. My tire was punctured in two places and couldn’t be patched, so a new tire was installed at no charge, since I had previously purchased the tire from Big O Tires with the Tire Protection Plan. So awesome! The service and staff at this location is top notch! I will not take my SUV anywhere else to be serviced. Thank you, Dennis!

Justin at Big O Tires in Castle Pines makes everything easy! I went in for an oil change as a new customer. He explained all expenses very politely. I asked if they carried the windshield wipers I prefer. They did not, but he checked with me on price options and had them delivered from another supplier, and installed, while the oil change was being completed! One wiper failed, and was immediately replaced with a new one. Again, Justin was so pleasant and informative. Thank you!
