The service was good but the pricing is ridiculous, that is, if you have fat added to your ground venison. It shouldn't cost $58 to have 2 1/2 pounds of pork fat added to your ground venison. The owner will say his pricing is clearly marked but I beg to differ. I don't know many people that would say "yeah, throw a couple of pounds of fat in there for $58" if you presented it to them.
Get the regular cut with NO fat! Take your wife out to eat with the money you save.
