This company was great to deal with. I rented a wood chipper for the weekend and they were great! Definitely will be back when i need something else.

BENSON LUMBER is the best hardware store I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The people are helpful, respectful and caring. Every time I go and I don't know what I need, they go above and beyond to find out the solution to my problem. It's the old school customer service that most places are lacking.

Arrived at the store at 4:45 to find the lights off and the sign turned to closed. Went to the parking lot to call other hardware stores and noticed other people entering/exiting the building. Went to the door which was unlocked. I asked if they were open and the lady responded "No, but what do you need?" I told them I was looking for concrete blocks that I had called to confirm they had in stock. I was told the yard was closed and to come back tomorrow(another guy inside the store stated the yard was still open). I informed the lady I drove an hour to get to the store and asked if they were supposed to be open until 5. No apologies, no explanation, no excuses. Very disappointed in the "service" I received here.

Good store with good selection and very helpful people. If they dont have what youre looking for theyre very helpful with ordering it or telling you where you might find it.
