We were customers for over 20 years, regretfully, trapped in a cycle of having their underground tank and not being able to use a different company because of it.

We had selected Bemer's from a home show, feeling very connected with the salesperson, who left Bemer's shortly after. Everything that he had told us turned out to be "alternative truth" / lies.

Right from the beginning we had difficulties.
Probably the worse was having an underground tank with a gauge that NEVER WORKED. We would frequently run out of propane, and would not be able to get deliveries for several days. That was always a beast during winters.

One of the worse was having to always call for a fill and having a VERY difficult and nastily attituded person on the other end of the phone.
Eventually, after years of being forced to deal with her, the woman with no customer service manners or politeness was replaced; and at least that part became good. The new employees on the other end of the phone were compassionate, helpful, cheerful and polite.

Yet the gauge was still, after 20 years of suffering through poor customer service, unable to be repaired or replaced.
They were not reliable in deliveries or service.
Their prices were higher for receiving MUCH less.
I would never, ever recommend them.

We switched companies a year or so ago and have been thrilled with the night and day experiences!
We are thankful that there is NO MORE BEMERS in our lives.
We wish that we had done it YEARS and YEARS sooner!
If we could provide less than one star rating, we most certainly would.

Absolutely an unethical company and that should be no surprise based on the owner. Our nehghborhood talks when we order propane from them and we have received three different prices on the same day ranging from 2.89 to 3.62. We all lease, and are on-call customers. We will be buying our tank so we no longer have to give business to this company.

Terrible experience. Tech told me my heating stove was junk. Got a second opinion and turns out the stove was fine just needed a new wire and it warmly got us through the winter. Their tech saw $$ signs and an opportunity to flip our stove and install a new one. Cancelled my service over a month ago and their tank is still sitting in my yard. Find another service

Update. Tank is still sitting in my yard. It has been over 3 months

Worst customer service: I manage a school, and you can barely get anyone on the phone. They ran us out of propane, and we are on autofill!!! Then couldn't tell me when we were going to be serviced. It's complete incompetence and just an awful company.

I have been a customer for 5 years with a perfect payment history! My service was abruptly shut off, not because I haven’t sent monthly payment to them, but, they wouldn’t accept a payment in full due to illness (Covid) , and the loss of income! I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer at any time in my life since this occurrence!! I am filing a complaint , followed by legal action if necessary, at the consistent, poor, customer policies they use to resolve payment concerns!! Trust me!!! They will pay attention after my attys get done with them!! Rating=-,-,-F

Have used Bemer's for about ten + years. Never any issues with delivery. Always on schedule and my tank never runs out. Had another vendor prior to Beemer who had frequently let my tank run empty.

I am highly impressed with the service and low cost of a tank refill. The you men working at the fill dock(Jeremy?) and the folks inside are top notch . I had a tank with no gasket the took it in exchange for a tank the same as mine so the tank full of gas was $19.95. To fill a tank it was only $9.95

Ran out of propane before dinner around closing and they showed up first thing in the morning to refill. Very friendly delivery guy, friendly person on phone, as well as the maintenence guy who talked me through a quick issue. No issues for us!
