It is a good clean place for children to be active with Basketball. I feel they need more available for kids.

We read the other review and hoped it was an isolated incident. Thankfully we read the other review and brought cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. The room was very dirty and we only could use the ladies room since the men’s room was so dirty and used for storage. There were ants on the floor and several dead bugs. At least the air conditioning worked. Like the other review, we left the place in better condition than we found it.

Great price, but terrible service and cleanliness. Rented this location for a baby shower for 3 hours, only cost us $50. Entire building was filthy. Bathrooms were dirty and not stocked, no toilet paper or paper towels at all on site and all dispensers were empty. Floors were filthy and obviously unswept or mopped in a very long time. Kitchen area was HORRENDOUS!! Trash, boxes and half empty MOLDED drink containers without lids strewn around the countertops. The coffee pot was literally molded inside.. I couldn't bring myself to use it even after cleaning it. Ceilings and fans were covered in cobwebs and the windowsills were filled with dead bugs.

It's just not worth it, the price is low for a really good reason.. it's terrible..

We paid $50 to basically use a room and clean someone else's building. It's not like we could cancel when everyone was on the way. also they will only allow you inside an hour before your event..

You can rent this place for bday party’s or any event really it was $50 for 2 hours! They did have a refrigerator and freezer for food the kids played basketball they lower the rims for the smaller ones as well!
