Austin with Bear Wood did an amazing job bringing my vision to life! I had a last minute idea to engrave a piece from our butcher block counter top we previously made into a cutting board for my husband. Not only was everyone at Bear Wood extremely helpful to work with, they were happy to do it within the time constraints I had to give this to my husband as an anniversary gift. They even cleaned up my piece, added scoop handles on the bottom, and waxed it.

I had ordered a product that was damaged during shipping around the second week of December, and the staff was willing to fix the piece free of charge (and even got it put back together and back in my hands before Christmas).
