When our Nest thermostat was originally installed, the previous company we worked with installed a controller to manage the 2 stage function of the new furnace instead of installing a new wire. Part of that controller system failed last night (or sometime before that) and the furnace and thermostat could no longer communicate reliably. So the furnace finally stopped running at all and our basic troubleshooting was unable to resolve it. Luke from B&B suspected the controller after seeing the controller brain by the furnace, and wanted to run a new set of wires. Once he pulled out the connector part hidden in the wall, it was clear to see that it had failed in a spectacular way. Now we have clean wiring and our 2 stage furnace is now operating as we intended with high stage running first and low stage maintaining temp afterwards. So, if your Nest thermostat always seems to register the temperature a few degrees hotter than another sensor or thermometer right next to it, it might be because one of these controllers or that the wiring needs to be checked. Thank you, for getting our furnace back up so quickly today.

I had both a furnace and an air conditioner installed. I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian, installers Cody and Luis, and Leah in the office. These folks are best contractors I have worked with in many, many years.

Sebastian spent extra time explaining the options available and what would be best for our situation. Very respectful and accommodating.

Cody and Luis are the best. They explained their process and how they were going to do the installation. They answered my questions and even accommodated a request I made. Cody went over how to use the thermostat twice to made sure I understood all the features. One of the best things that they did was that they cleaned up before they left. They left it better than when they arrived.

Leah helped me make sure the financial part was handled correctly so there were no issues.

All of these folks gave me the impression that they really liked their jobs and the interaction with the customer.

Highly recommend this company to do business with.

A big thank you to Sebastian, Rod and Jorge. I received multiple quotes to have an Aprileaire 800 humidifier added to our Carrier Infinity HVAC system. Sebastian came out to inspect our system to have a quote generated. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Sebastian. He is not pushy with sales and is incredibly knowledgeable. We agreed on the price, which was more than fair especially considering the final top-tier quality of work. Rod and Jorge were my technicians that installed the unit. They took great care to install the humidifier and spent a lot of time with me showing how the system works. I really appreciate their help and would recommend B&B if you need HVAC services. Outstanding experience! Rod did quickly diagnose and fix the issue I had with the furnace not turning on anymore. He took the time to explain what was happening, what the fix was and what option I had in terms of part replacement (a thermostat) with the pros and cons for each scenario. Icing on the cake, he is extremely pleasant to interact with.

Jesie did a furnace cleaning at my home. He was very thorough and educated me all along as he was doing his job. He provided honest opinion for my AC and humidifier issues without trying to sell something which may not be necessary. I highly recommend him for any HVAC issues.
