Worst service ever. Same problem miss pickups but they still charge us. Even complaining to the account manager for consistently last 6 months there was no help at all from his side. I Stopped doing there payments after talking to manager for 6 months thinking this will make company to force to give credit for miss pickups but still failed at this attempt to and they suspended my service. Company need to decide either they want to be in the business or keep doing this scam. Taking money out of customers pocket. Hate to work this type of company.

Bay Disposal CONSISTENTLY misses scheduled contracted trash pick ups. This creates a series of issues for our property and our tenants. Despite several attempts to address this issue it remains a problem. Once they finally to show up they then charge an overage fee for the over full dumpster which they neglected to empty on schedule.

4356 Holland Road - PLEASE stop with the 3:30am pickup which is a sleep disturbance to the residents in the apartment community residents right across the feeder road behind the shopping center. I have reported this multiple times and you say you'll make a note and NOTHING has changed.

As a professional at a Property Management company, we face vendors and contractors who lack professionalism due to the strain of high workloads and short staff BUT Jake Thompson was so professional and kind even during a moment when I was displeased about a service that was not his fault. He was patient, thorough, and diligent in his position at all times and thank you for resolving the issue and never losing character of professionalism.

We have been loyal customers for over 5 yrs. Service has worsened significantly over the last few months. When asked, I was told they switched up the routes. Whatever change was made, has caused a night and day difference in service. You’re lucky to have pull and return service within 3-5 days of when they say they’ll do it. I’ve had to call repeatedly, but no one cares to handle customer service issues. They just say you’re on schedule for the following day with no explanation. The drivers aren’t being mindful of noted business hours, and have even dropped off bins in the wrong location, without picking up the full bin. Hopefully this improves soon or we will be looking for another option for our trash service.

I love the on-site dumpster at the apartment complex where we rent an apartment. Believe it or not, one can find all kinds of treasures by the dumpster. Anything from bar stools to Palm pilots. Alot of electronics and flat screens are a steal. On site recycler, Komar is our fav. One ton of payload processed per week.

The service is TRASH. Yes, trash!!!
They didn't pick up our recycled bin for a month now. And I called every week and asked them to send a truck to pick up. The lady who answered the phone always tells me that she'll schedule a pick up but no truck shows up for a month now. So, we put the cartons to regular trash bin. And by the time they pick up the regular trash bin it's so full that we have to leave some of the trash bags on the ground.

Be careful they will burn you in fees and when you call to question your bill they will hang up on you. Called 2x before i got someone professional to assist me without rudly hanging up to explain why the bill was over 850 dollars. Majority of it was fees
