Bath Planet did a complete tub to shower conversion, replacing an existing steel tub, shower and surround tile with a walk in acrylic shower with a sliding bar shower head, safety bars, fold down cedar bench and shelves. Front start to finish I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism, from the initial consult and estimate, to the installation. The two workers were exceptional, and kept me informed as to the progress and timing for completion, and listened respectfully to all my questions.

They were the third company I interviewed with before deciding, and I am very pleased and excited with the finished job! I highly recommend this company!

We recently had a tub-to-shower conversion (May) and love it! From the consultation to the installer, everyone is friendly and helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. In fact, we just ordered to have the second bathtub updated. Even our conversations with the office staff were great. I would highly recommend this company.

Our shower floor cracked, and Bath Planet stood behind their warranty. For that, my family is completely grateful.
Brittany took my initial complaint call on Tuesday and had Matt take lead on assessment and scheduling; he was able to fit our job into the same week in an already busy schedule, Wow!
Brittany showed my husband, and me samples for the new walls, and we made a choice preferred to the one we had chosen 6 years ago.
The skilled trades came in on Friday and finished on Saturday before noon.

When I first started looking to replace my shower I was terrified because I have an older house with tons of strange factors. The guys did an amazing job not only installing the shower but with all the caveats along the way. When we discovered that my house has an unusually thick concrete base, they were efficient, quick and even rented larger equipment to get the job done on time. When we ran into the strange plumbing from when my house was a hair salon, they worked to cap those lines off while making everything neat. They worked with the existing layout and it looks great. When they were done, not only do I have a shower that I love, but they made my bathroom far more functional!

We attended a parade featuring your promotional float, where an individual began spraying the audience with a large water gun. When we expressed our concern about getting wet, she responded dismissively, stating, "I didn't get the memo," referring to our desire to remain dry. If this is indicative of how you treat potential customers, we are not interested in your services.

The young men were wonderful they asked for my opinion on where to place the shelves, grab bar & shower head, that was very nice of them to ask me. It's young men like Robbie & Trent that works for a company like Bath Planet that they are good on there word . The job was done in 1 1/2 days just as they said they would. the guys laid out canvases to keep my floors clean, they were through in cleaning after the job was done. Jim & I would highly recommend Bath Planet to our friends & family to do an awesome job for them.

We found Bath Planet to be very professional and interested in doing their best job for us. The installers arrived on time each day and worked very hard. The installers, Robbie, Nolan and Trent were very professional and hard workers. I really never even saw them take breaks! One day Robbie worked alone, due to an accidental overbooking of their schedule. Robbie was under the gun, to get the project done. Even so, he gladly pulled off part of work around our window and took the time to make it look right for me. I really appreciated this. That day Robbie worked fast and hard. I finally insisted that he take a few minutes to eat a sandwich, I had made him. He was very appreciative and politely thanked me for it and then went straight back to work! There were a couple of items, that needed clearing up from our sales order. Because of this I spoke with “Matt”, in the office. Matt was just as professional and helpful and eager to make sure we were happy customers. We most happily recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to spruce up their bathrooms with new showers!

I expected first class service for the price. They were fast, I will give them that.
The bad news:
Left a mess in my driveway.
Debris on top of my water heater and inside the water heater's filter enclosure. (It's a heat pump style)
I had to clean one of the bathroom floors as there was small pieces of tile left throughout.
Couldn't measure a shower door correctly, waited for weeks for the second shower to be finished. Then I had to call to get service. They had the door and never scheduled an installation?
Left old shower drain parts in my washroom sink.

Asked to have the drain shorted to reduce the shower noise. Ghosted me on that one. $24K and wouldn't even do the simple fix it requested. Then didn't leave any of the warranty paperwork for the fixtures. I have no idea what brand or where to get spare parts when needed? The also removed my old brass plumbing without getting permission.

The whole mess could have been avoided with one easy visit. Clean up to the level they found it and follow up on a simple plumbing request. Off my list.
