My experience today was very wonderful and pleasant. Mrs. Sara made an effort to recommend the best fragrances for my daughter, my husband and me. The store is large and organized. They have new fragrances and a nice decoration. Thank you very much Sara for your patience and joy in talking. 100% recommended. He also speaks Spanish. 😁

Yesterday I went to make a purchase at the Tyson Corners mall store and when I went to pay, the cashier told me that I couldn't pay cash with her and she just handed my bag to another cashier and didn't even tell me that I had to wait. She wanted me to get in line again so she could pay. I wasted my time in the store and ended up not taking anything. It was better to just leave the purchase with her and walk away.

A choice for many people have seen they are mad of fragnance of Bath and body a store that is famous for fragnances there are offers on various products, the store is located in ground floor in tyson corner mall ypu can order online and pick up from the store and one can earn rewards they have separate counter on America's favorite fragnance.

The cashier, Maria was unprofessional and rude. I had 3 pick up orders, she only brought out one then rolled her eyes when I said where is the other 2? She was concerned only about getting off her shift and not giving my pick up orders. She went to the back and brought out bags which I thought were mine but it was actually her own bags and she was going home! HA! The service has gone downhill at bath body works.

My girlfriend likes this store but from what I have Observed the many times she’s dragged me in here, I can honestly say that this is a good location. The store is well organized, the product mix is pretty good, the atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing, the staff is friendly and helpful and honestly the smell is quite pleasant and not overwhelming. Not entirely my thing, but my girlfriend seems to like it a lot and they make good hand sanitizer so yeah. Definitely worth 5 stars.

This was my first time entering a Bath &Body Works store in years!!

I used to be obsessed with the Japanese Cherry Blossom scent, but it looks like more scents have come out in the last 5+ years since I've been in the store. Even the packaging has changed, what!! Now they have halloween themed scents wow haha Where have I been?

The store was PACKED when we were there. Kudos to the employees for maintaining the store, keeping the shelves/tables fully stocked and organized. The employees on the floor were nice and helpful.

There were so many great sales going on for 3-wick candles, body sprays, etc.

I didn't purchase anything, but most likely will return the next time they have a nice sale. I actually had a coupon, but forgot it at home.

Some young lady named Laura and another woman were standing in the front of the store, 12:40 on Wednesday. Not busy. Couldn’t greet me or ask if I needed help. I asked the lady a question and she was quiet for a second then I said hello I’m talking to you . She put her hands together and sarcastically apologized . It meant nothing because I had a customer service issue with both of these females prior. While I was looking around, the lady walked by me and said something under her breath. It appeared only one sink had paper towels . I find it interesting the next customer came in and the lady welcomes them in . Oh but not me. Bad customer service

While in the store today I went to the back cash registers to pick up 2 online orders. There was a line on the right hand side, and there were three people in line and I asked them if this was the line just to be sure. Yes, they said. The three cashiers were currently busy with customers. Some young teens started standing on the left side where there were 2 cashiers. They created their own line with 2 cashiers to wait on them while those of us in one line including several people behind me were waiting for the one cashier. I asked very loudly so ALL cashiers could hear me and one of the two cashiers helping the one line replied, “There’s supposed to be one.” That’s what I’ve always experienced in that store, because it’s the fair way to wait on people. I spoke with the manager and she was very nice and apologized from what was going on. I asked her to put signage up and have it at all times that way. People would know there’s one line and where it starts. I also should have suggested to her that the cashiers keep an eye on the line, and if there’s just one line, it’s easy to tell those trying to create a new line and to tell them to go wait in the one line. I really do hope the manager listens to me and talks to the cashiers about it. Until such time as it improves, I will keep this low rating.
