It's an amazing dog friendly brewery! Squirt and Gidgit loved all the petting and kids giving them attention and the beer was awesome too!

Food & drinks were pretty good but had to wait almost an hour for the food. Lots of space to socialize. Definitely recommend but order your food way before you start to feel hungry!

Best brewery in the lower Shenandoah Valley. There are several other good ones, and I can think of elements of the experience that are superior elsewhere. But the BEER is best here. And that's why you go to a brewery.

Food is good as well. They have really upped the music venue space, so you can have excellent beer (or cocktails) and tunes. And their loungey/ gaming space is tight, which means our kids love it here too.

Wow. Color me impressed. I've been to a lot of breweries. This place is awesome. Nice selection of brews with some surprising flavors (try the Gringo Mole Stout, it's somethin else). But it's not your average brewery. The whole place is an old industrial complex and there are three businesses stacked together and working in concert. Basic City is the brewery, then there is the restaurant with amazing wood fired pizzas, and finally there is The Foundry which is the music venue. It's all connected inside with ample seating, and arcade, shuffle board, ping pong... MAN I was surprised. Would love to come back one day, if only I didn't like 2200 miles away.

Favorite craft beer in Central VA! Love their Baby Bask, Taco IPA, and almost everything else they make. The venue itself is “rustic - modern” - cool indoor area with a few arcade and billiards games and picnic tables and big TV screens. You now order food at the bar and pick it up when it’s already around the corner. Very pet friendly and the outdoor seating is plentiful and lots of great parking around back. Highly Recommended!

Stopped here for a couple beers and some food. Appreciate having a place like this in this area cause there isn't much around in the way of good restaurants in the immediate area. Staff was very friendly. Cool brewery space. Nice outdoor space! Beers were good! We got a pizza (thank you for having vegan cheese!!), wings, and fries. I loved my vegan pizza and the fries were awesome! Husband loved their smoked wings!

Music was awesome, beer was okay… but DON’T waste your money on the nachos. They were extremely disappointing. For $14 we got lots of chips, 1/4 cup of meat and a splash of everything else. I know they are known for their pizza but this was extremely disappointing.

Great little gem tucked away in the mountains of VA. We were at a wedding and needed to kill some time before the reception. Google Maps told this place was close and rated well. On the way, the surrounding area looked sketchy so we were a bit worried, but once we found the spot we we're super excited to see the place. All brand new, super cool, hipster. Large place w tons to do. Great beer. No food, but there was a fantastic food truck outside. Well worth the trip!
