I had some issues with a leaking handle after a recent fill, so I brought my tank back to Barnett's. I also deal with severe chemical allergies which can make getting propane fills a major challenge. I appreciated their extra patience with me as well. "Kelly" was quick to help me get setup for a repair on my tank and was very generous and helpful for other issues I was dealing with related to my tanks. I've been going to them for several years now but have been so grateful for the incredible service I've received this week especially. Thank you SO much again!!

Don't be thinking you could visit during their posted hours and get propane. You would be wrong. Google says they are open till 5. Sign outside says they are open till 4, but at 3:30 when we visited they were "closed" doing their paperwork. I get "charming small town" but really, all you need to do is update your google page. No excuse for not doing that, really. People rely on that stuff and make plans around it.

If you need to top up, go to the Loves. Even with a 7mi round trip it's better than dealing with a t gal minimum order. Lame!

Don't call them with any questions about service, you're just going to get talked down to.

I was told "stop talking" while inquiring about refilling a leased tank. I had apparently used too many words while asking about setting up service. With the tone I got today I forgot I was asking to spend money, you'd think I was an employee calling in late to my shift.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Roy at this location, and I've been filling the RV tanks here since October 2021. He's always friendly and helpful ~ and his dog's really sweet too. ?

Product and the gentleman who filled it was very cordial, however a younger employee started chewing me out for trans porting tank on it side. Was tied in solid so could not move. As I left was told not to come back. That's not going to be AZ problem. Have never in all my years of travel been treated like that at a propane refill center

Got are propane bottles filled here today. Propane was $2.50 a gallon at this time. Service was good and attendant was helpful. If you find this review helpful please like the review.
