Does not listen to customer requests. Ruined a beautiful 1920s wood/coal burning stove!!! When stove was dropped off we discussed buffing the nickel/chrome accent pieces and only powder coating the main black section of stove body. The black powder coat came out great. However, they powder coated the nickel accents with a ridiculous looking grey/silver color. The stove now looks cartoonish; straight out of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" movie. Was quoted 2 weeks; took 7 weeks to complete, and would not answer phone or return voicemails through process.
