I had my truck tuned by another tuner and after many many attempts I decided to go with another tuner. I brought my truck to Bad Company and instantly felt this was gonna be it. My truck had a lot of odd driveability issues. Mike and his team never gave up on it or me and got this thing RIGHT. I'm truly grateful for the efforts that went into getting my truck right. The friendships I have made there is a added bonus for sure! I will never take anything anywhere else after my experience. Not to mention the free hot dogs on hang out nights 😂😂.

Bad Company is the best! We were on a road trip with our young kids in our 92 suburban and the check engine light came on. We went to multiple shops before Bad Company - none of them had the correct OBD scanner. Bad Company not only had the correct scanner but was able to fix the problem on the spot - FOR FREE! I can't say enough good things about these folks. Southern hospitality at its best. Thank you again Bad Company!

Trying to determine the best place to start singing the praises of Bad Company, Inc. has been a challenge! Does one start with the deep expertise and incomparable professional passion of Mike and his team of amazing techs....or with Diana ("aka "Mom") Jackie and Krista who bring the unparalleled customer service and responsiveness to what is a truly one-of-a-kind shop? In the end it doesn't matter too much, as what it all amounts to is a place that treats customers like family (really, a couple of times a month they'll even have you over to feed you hot dogs and offer a cold beer to go with it!) and your car as if it is their very own. Over the past year I have been most fortunate to have Diana, Mike & Co. take care of my 1971 Corvette when it needed both urgent attention (dangerous suspension issue that occurred on Easter Sunday of course) where they brought me in immediately to address the issue, as well as expertly recognizing additional issue areas and making thoughtful recommendations to address them, along with providing different options for me to consider. This is particularly important to me as I am striving to maintain this car to be as original as is practical for a number of different reasons. Mike and Diana just get it, and it doesn't hurt that Mike is a C3 Vette owner himself! If I were to look to restomod my car I wouldn't look anywhere else to do it, obviously a real wheelhouse of BCI's when one looks around at the amazing vehicle they themselves own as well as the projects they are currently working on. Just incredible! Thankfully Mike took me and my baby in to keep it as "classic" as possible! Anyone needing help to look at a similar approach can't go wrong coming in to talk with BCI.

As if being super people who do superb work isn't enough, as someone fortunate enough to have owned many European and American high performance vehicles throughout my greatly extended adolescence, I will say that I find BCI's rates very reasonable - in particular considering the type of work they are doing. One of the truest old sayings is "You get what you pay for." comes to mind here....as I have paid quite a bit more for work that just doesn't measure up to what one experiences here. While expertise and experience matter in such things for sure...what I have experienced at BCI is an additional real difference-maker - they care. It's not complicated. it's just different there, in all the best ways.

Before becoming a BCI customer I can't recall ever...ever uttering the phrase "I am looking forward to seeing my mechanic again.", but here we are. I am and I hope a hot dog is involved.

I called and asked if they could look at my airbags (truck camper&trailer). They said bring it in, and they'd do a parking lot assessment. That assessment turned into fixing my airbag compressor, a loose braket, and a pin hole leak in one of the air hoses. I can't thank Mike and "mom" enough for getting me in and taking care of my truck!! Thank you!!!!

Michael and the Bad Company is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car shop. The community and staff are some of the nicest and most welcoming people I have ever met. They fixed my vehicle in extremely short notice for free even while they were not open. Michael genuinely wanted to help us as we were stranded in the middle of a long trip.
