Love the mower it’s beast, just disappointed in some of the quality. I’ve had the mower for two months bought it brand new and the paint is peeling off of the metal, looks like the metal had no prep before being painted! I’ve also had issues with all 4 tires losing air pretty consistently!

Do not purchase Bad Boy products.

They do everything they can to not honor service bulletins under warranty, even to the point of writing in a requirement in their warranties to have a certification, issued by Bad Boy to even BUY the part. (THIS IS WHY WE SHOULD SUPPORT RIGHT TO REPAIR LEGISLATION.)

2023 MZ Rambler 42in mowers have a known issue where, within about 5 uses, the deck belt comes off.
There is a service bulletin where this is supposed to be covered under warranty, *along with the belt.*

They KNOW about this problem!

I plan on posting a portion of the call recording later, of Bad Boy Mowers Warranty Dept, raising their voice, trying to avoid basic services on my residential MZ Rambler mower. AR and AL are single-party consent states, and the right to a free press also permits sharing... so I'll give it to the media.
The ONLY way to have them honor the warranty is to haul the machine in, driving possibly an hour or more away to a dealer/service center.... also at my cost, if I can even get a vehicle and trailer. I will work that out, but I will not support that company again.

I purchased a US built mower from a US based company, expecting a better experience than a foreign branded Lowes/Home Depot special... I was badly disappointed in how they handled it.

I for one, will never purchase another Bad Boy product, and will ensure that is the same for people I know.

Bad company, with a history of trying to sue competitors like Spartan, and even was sued for breach of contract in Missouri.

FYI Tractor Supply Co., you don't need to be associated with these guys. They're bad people. Look at what they did to S&H in Missouri.

Have a Maverick and 4035 tractor and love them both thus far. What I do not love is the retailer near me has little to no knowledge or parts to support the tractor product line they sell. No consumables like filters, pins or even oils to service your machine and when visiting the location these items are always on order and never arrive. Also to address this concern I escilated and reached out to corporate customer service for a spare terminal for a terminal block with several follow up emails on my behalf still no response as it appears they are passing the buck internally. After spending $30k on a tractor I struggle getting a $1 terminal for this unit and the parts required to operate. This rebranded tractor is great thus far at 50hrs but service and customer focus is a struggle on the tractor side of the businees at corporate and at the retailers from my opinion and many others that have the tractors.

Bought a mower from TSC it had 10 hours of use when pto drive unit wouldn't engage took it to my local shop he services all makes models well 569; dollars later we have a mower that works called head quarters I sent pto drive unit bill of invoice my name place of purchase vin number my address my phone number. And to this date haven't received any contact from badboys headquarters this is a real chicken hit way to do business with only 10 hours on it I should of just returned it but I never. I placed an order on 4/14/23, and had to call the order in as their online system was not operational. I was told by the man who took the order, Roger, that the item would be at my residence by 4/21/23 and he would send tracking information.
Days later, no advanced chute chute system was sent, I had to mow as my grass was knee high, as such the mower slung a rock that broke out my neighbor's window and I had to pay $200 for that.
As of 4/26/23 I still didn't have the chute system. I tried multiple phone calls and sent an email as well. My response from Derek at Bad Boy was that the credit card was ran twice under the incorrect number, upon running it the third time with the correct # back on 4/14/23 I was charged for the unit and shipping. The item was never received.
On 4/26/23 I managed to get thru to a manager, who identified himself as Aaron. He verified that the item with shipping was charged to me on the 14th, but due to either new employees or problems with internal issues in their shipping department, my item never shipped. He offered no concessions due to their untrained employees and shipping system.
I advised that I would just prefer an immediate refund and that I would take my business to their competition.
I do not feel that poor customer service needs to be rewarded with my business, and I recommend to others to be warned of this company and their questionable business practices.

Shipping is on the left at the corner of Industrial and Grand. It says TMC or something like that. Lunch is from 11 -12 so prepare to wait if you get there then. Otherwise, loading takes about 15 - 20 minutes till you have paperwork in hand. You need a strap or maybe two but at least one. Guys I talked to were nice. Only bad thing is they did not appear to have facilities. Otherwise, I would give them five stars.
