Had a 1200 pound cow butchered and they gave me 260 lb of meat that was obviously off a different animal. Ribeyes we’re flank steaks, NY strips were about 3 oz each, and meat was unchewable. The cow was grain feed and over 1200 lbs so either they stole our meat or gave us someone else’s beef. Pic attached is what he called a ribeye!
