I cannot say enough about Ashley and Brannon. We are moving from across the state, and their customer service was nothing short of impeccable! Communication was on point, they were very understanding to our situation with our military move, and went above and beyond! In all honesty, some of the best Customer Service I have had in a very long time!

The staff and manager was very fluent with the pricing and what was available on property. Also very very helpful with any concern and question I had without saying uhm or I’m don’t know! Another thing is I felt and see the staff love their job and willing to help in any way. I will recommend to anyone that ask about the facility!!!!!(US-31 location)

This was the most professionally run business I've seen in a very long time. All information was provided up front and the service was exceptional. Also, the signage inside of the store was clear and represented the branding of the business well. The store was clean and there were many purchasing options for those looking for packaging supplies. Overall this was a great experience.

It was wonderful!! Ashley was great, friendly and so helpful!! She and I discovered I was a classmate of her mom and dad years ago. It was a blessing to relive old times I remembered. I would recommend B&G 100 % !!

I called the day before as I was coming from out of state and Brennon was extremely cordial and professional in helping me in the process of acquiring a storage unit. I arrived the next day and the entire procedure of paying and processing took no more than 20 minutes. The unit was clean and spacious. Overall my experience was smooth and seamless!
