I had a deeply disappointing experience with Azzurri Casa that has caused significant delays and frustration during the construction of my home. Despite placing my order well in advance, the company delivered the wrong color cabinets due to internal mismanagement and poor communication. Even worse, it took them weeks to acknowledge the mistake, and I had to chase them repeatedly just to get a response.

The project has been delayed significantly because their installers have not completed the installation nor provided the necessary materials. I made it very clear that I would only accept a temporary installation until the correct parts arrive, but the lack of accountability and urgency has made me question their professionalism and reliability.

Dealing with Azzurri Casa has been stressful and costly, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking timely, accurate, and responsible service for a high-end project.
