If you are looking for anything from Kinetico from Aztec Drilling - forget it. Rod told me 3 separate times he would call me back Never did. I called, I left messages. I sent pictures and emails with part numbers over and over to Rod to try and get pricing for new kinetico valves. Nothing. This was for 2 weeks. I had no good water to the house. When I finally wrote an email about how completely unprofessional he was being and he should have just told me to go pound sand. It was only after that last email that he finally did he send me pricing in a curt email and it was the full retail price from the Kinetico catalog... He is the only dealer listed in the area so you are kind of stuck. I ended up finding replacement parts on Ebay. Poor performance, bad service.

Had the water pump that feeds our house die on a Friday at 5pm at the start of a weekend-long heavy snow storm. First thing Monday morning they jumped to our rescue and had the pump replaced very quickly. The guys that fixed it were friendly and put up with me asking all kinds of questions about the pump and other parts of the system. They went above and beyond by fine-tuning some other parts of the system too. Fantastic service and great communication! I'll definitely be calling on them again in the future.
