Great butcher shop with a wide variety of locally produce grass fed and free range meats, some seafood and exotics. Free range chicken is some of the best chicken I have ever prepared. Great service, can order ahead to be sure they have what you want.

Large variety of fresh sausage including breakfast, Italian, spicy Italian, Andouille and chorizo. Exotics and hard to find cuts offered.

This is a real butcher shop with great service including custom ordering of your favorite meat and cut. Great service and they are happy to offer suggestions and tips.

This butcher shop has the most excellent organic, grass fed, and free range meats right here in Stafford. The family operators are super and will custom cut anything you meed. The salmon is also outstanding. Highly recommended!

First time trying A-Z Meats and this will be the only place I buy meats for the rest of my life. Fairly priced, best tasting, freshest ribeye my wife and I have ever had. The place is clean and well kept. One of the workers, Grant, greeted me with prompt and informative service. He told me a lot about the business and where they are currently sourcing many of their products. I didn’t catch the other workers name, but he went to the back to grab plenty more ribeye cuts for my wife and I to choose from, thanks. The freshness of the meat is exceptional.

Great quality product! Even better quality people! Experts at what they do, and so nice. Everything I’ve had has been fantastic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend getting a dry aged Tomahawk Ribeye.

Going to admit I've held off on reviewing A-Z Meats because it seemed every time I would stop by they were closed 🙁 I'm going with bad timing...hopefully.

That said, EVER TIME I get something here it's flat out amazing. While picking up ribeyes (small loan, I'm paying in installmets) - that's a joke for those too serious...anyways, I see brisket applewood smoked (I think bacon?) hamburgers. Good God almighty those things are amazing. I smashed cooked them and still juicy and flavorful. Grabbed some mustand potato salad and I've finally found one that reminds me of homemade. Ribeyes and twice baked potatoes for dinner...I'm sure will be amazing.

The selection is great and the quality is top shelf. Beef is just pricey right now so if you're going to get it, get quality.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. Always willing to answer questions and take care of your butchering needs. The rubs and seasonings for meats and poultry are out of this world. And when they say, A – Z Meats, they are not kidding! The variety is unbelievable. And if you have a special request, they will bend over backwards to get it for you. I highly recommend this business. If you’re looking for bargains like you get at the grocery store on meat and poultry then you shouldn’t visit the store. The quality is extremely high, the meats are humanely curated from local US sources, and therefore the prices are a bit higher than at the grocery store. But as they say you get what you pay for! I had the Bell and Evans chicken and the quality and taste was out of this world.
