This autozone in Millbrook has some of the most dependable workers that will work hard to get the parts you need. I had a problem with returning a battery that was still in its warranty period. Luckily Ms Trisha was there to get me right. In a span of three days, she fought effortlessly to get it done. She even called her manager to get my replacement done, till finally she made sure I was satisfied!

My car had problems cranking. Lady said it wasn’t my battery but it could be cranking amps after hooking it up to tester. I bought bigger battery and it still did it. So another guy tests the battery altimeter and charger. It is my alternator and he will not take the battery back so I can now purchase the alternator that I needed. I had not left the parking lot. He installed it so no refund or exchange. What some highway robbery right here. The worst costumer service in my life. I’m out $200 and still have to purchase an alternator.

I will never go to this Autozone again!!

These folks are Great!! And very Knowledgeable! The scary light came on in my dashboard so I stopped here at AutoZone and a employee came right out with a gageit and hooked it up to my car and told me exactly what the problem was! It was No Big Deal! And it was FREE! I love AutoZone!

The Staff, at the Millbrook Al Store. Went the Extra Mile, to get Windshield Wipers I needed. Made sure they Locked in place. The Less Expensive ones I bought did not lock in place. They did not Charge extra for the more Expensive ones. They Installed the New Headlight Bulbs for me. Very pleased. Seeing how everything is so Expensive. Polite Staff make it easier more enjoyable Shopping.
