These are simply facts, and I will give my opinion later. The one star is for the accuracy of the performance outlined below.

My opinion on this experience is summerized by the facts listed above. To say that I was frustrated with Atlas Tube Blythville is an understatement. Why have an appointment time or window if you won't stick to it? Why does the loading crew show no sense of urgency or efficency in loading? Why is there no accountability for their ineptitude? If I can be penalized for showing up late, then what is Atlas Tube Blythville's penalization for not upholding their end of this arrangement? Detention Pay doesn't cover the lost load or explain to the receiver why the load is late. The state of the drivers lounge/break room tells the entirety of the story as to how Atlas Tube Blythville feels about drivers as a whole. The toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet. Simply placed on top of the bowl and the exposed electrical wires wrapped around the piping makes one feel at ease when using the facilities lavatory. It's absolutely ridiculous and abhorrent business practice by Atlas Tube, and I will personally never return to this location under any circumstance.

Avoid At all cost, which, if you value your time, is a lot. A good place to go if you want to get a full 34 hour reset.

Spent nearly 30 hours on site, no food delivery available. Couldn't leave the property because I was told it could be any time that I get called back, no realistic ETA at all even after official appointment time. Check out the "driver lounge" photos included to get an idea of how much they value you hauling for them.

You guys should be ashamed and embarrassed. Disgusting. Never coming back, and I assure you I'm doing my best to tell every driver, broker, customer, and otherwise about my experience.

Hope you change your ways. Until then, Abandoned all hope ye who enter here.

3 stars for wait time with appointment. Saturday 1p appt. Come prepared for whatever. Loading time is unpredictable. I watched some drivers pull in and out in 2 hrs. I spent 8hrs inside. They do offer overnight parking. Keep your truck stocked up.

I have driven all over the United States and this company wins the slowest loading award. First time I thought they maybe just having bad day, 2nd time I watched and same pace, was there over 8 hours 3rd time I told my company never again. Haven’t been back and would advise Truckers only go there if your on your down time because you will 100% guaranteed lose your driving time.

This is not a 1 star review it’s a negative.

Worst place I ever been to. Got here at 4 P.M. on time for my appointment. It’s 9 P.M. now and I’m still not loaded. Plus, the customer wants this load tarp. That’s another 45 mins to an hour. Never coming back here again.

Well I will be there in the morning 8/16/24. They will have a 2 hour max or they can call FedEx. I will pull out of there. I did save this place so I been there before. Must of delivered cause I don’t remember this place.
